Magnetic Agarose Particles for Efficient
His-Tagged Protein Purification

CD Bioparticles provides various Ni-charged, Co-charged, NTA and IDA magnetic particles for His-tagged protein purification. Compared with non-magnetic agarose particles, these particles are more suitable for rapid separation. Our particles exhibit low nonspecific adsorption, high capacity and high protein yield. In addition to metal ion-charged particles that can be used directly, our NTA and IDA magnetic agarose particles are uncoupled with metal ions, allowing users to attach desired metal ions through our coupling protocol. These cost-effective particles are suitable for a wide range of research, whether in the lab or in high-throughput applications. They are good partners for efficient His-tagged protein purification.
