Available! IG® is proud to launch two new products: IG® pegRNA Synthesis Kit, an easier way to achieve higher
yields of pegRNA for CRISPR prime-editing and PEmax Enzyme, a fusion protein of the SpCas9 nickase mutant (H840A) and a Murine
Moloney Leukemia Virus-Reverse Transcriptase.
Together,
the products enable a search-and-replace strategy of precision genome editing. PEmax Enzyme uses the pegRNA to target the DNA edit site, which
also provides the template for nucleotide changes.
